Schwab Paper would like to introduce employee, Margarito Vargas. Margarito started for Schwab Paper when it was located on Ashland Ave., on the south side of Chicago. He has been a Sawyer then switched to Guillotine Cutter Operator since March of 1974. Well respected and well liked by his co-workers, Margarito has one of the best work ethic’s I have ever seen.

Margarito is one of the reasons Schwab has an employee turnover of less than 1 employee every 2-3 years. For a while, we had two of his brothers working at the company.
